Welcome to Cookie Craze. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order with Cookie Craze, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cookie Craze is a home-based bakery specialising in freshly baked cookies.

2. Placing an Order


By placing an order, you confirm that:



  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You have read the product description, ingredients and allergen information before purchasing.


Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.


Cookie Craze reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where products become unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or pricing errors have occurred.




3. Product Information


Every Cookie Craze product is handmade in small batches.


As a result:



  • Colours, decorations and appearance may vary slightly.

  • Product weights and sizes are approximate.

  • Images on our website and social media are for illustration purposes only.


These natural variations do not affect product quality.




4. Allergens


Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including:



  • WHEAT (GLUTEN)

  • MILK

  • EGGS

  • SOYA


Other allergens such as NUTS, PEANUTS and SESAME may also be present depending on the products being made.


While every reasonable precaution is taken, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergen cross-contamination.


Customers with allergies should contact us before placing an order if they require further information.




5. Pricing


All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).


Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already accepted.


Any delivery charges will be shown before checkout.




6. Payment


Payment must be received in full before your order is prepared.


We securely accept payments through:



  • Stripe

  • SumUp


Cookie Craze does not store your payment card details.




7. Order Processing


All cookies are baked fresh to order.


Please allow 2–4 working days for preparation before dispatch or collection unless otherwise stated.


During busy periods, processing times may be extended.




8. Collection


Where collection has been selected:



  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

  • Orders should be collected within the agreed collection period.

  • Valid identification may be requested where necessary.




9. Delivery


Delivery times are estimates only.


Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, Cookie Craze is not responsible for delays caused by:



  • Courier issues

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.




10. Returns & Refunds


Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once an order has been delivered or collected.

11. Cancellations


Orders may be cancelled before preparation or baking begins.


Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.




12. Food Safety


Customers are responsible for:



  • Storing products correctly.

  • Following any storage instructions provided.

  • Consuming products within the recommended timeframe.


Cookie Craze cannot accept responsibility for products that have been improperly stored after collection or delivery.




13. Intellectual Property


All photographs, branding, logos, product names, website content and designs remain the property of Cookie Craze.


They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.




14. Website Use


You agree not to:



  • Misuse our website.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Use our content without permission.




15. Limitation of Liability


Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


Subject to the above, Cookie Craze’s liability shall be limited to the value of the order purchased.




16. Privacy


Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.




17. Changes to These Terms


Cookie Craze reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

18. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
