Our Kitchen

Cookie Craze operates from a registered home kitchen that follows UK food hygiene requirements and good food safety practices.

We take great care to prepare, store and package our products safely.

 

Allergen Information

We provide a full ingredient list and allergen information for every product we sell.

Please read this information carefully before purchasing.

Our products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:

• WHEAT (GLUTEN)
• MILK
• EGGS
• SOYA
• PEANUTS
• TREE NUTS (including hazelnuts and pistachios)
• SESAME

Other allergens may occasionally be present depending on seasonal or limited-edition products.

 

Cross-Contamination

Although we follow strict cleaning procedures and good food hygiene practices, Cookie Craze operates from a kitchen where multiple allergens are handled.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contamination.

For this reason, our products may not be suitable for people with severe food allergies or allergies that could result in an anaphylactic reaction.

Storage Instructions

To enjoy your cookies at their best:

• Store in an airtight container.
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not refrigerate unless specifically advised.
• Consume within 5–7 days of receiving your order.

 

Freezing

Our cookies are suitable for freezing.

• Freeze as soon as possible after receiving them.
• Store in an airtight freezer-safe container or bag.
• Consume within 3 months.
• Defrost fully at room temperature before eating.

Do not refreeze once thawed.

 

Reheating

For a freshly baked taste:

• Microwave for 10–15 seconds (depending on your microwave).
• Alternatively, warm in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 3–5 minutes.

Take care, as fillings may become very hot.

 

Best Before

As our cookies are freshly baked and contain no unnecessary preservatives, we recommend enjoying them within 5–7 days of delivery or collection for the best quality and flavour.

 

Product Appearance

Every cookie is handmade.

This means there may be slight variations in:

• Shape
• Size
• Colour
• Decoration
• Filling distribution

These differences are normal and are part of the handmade nature of our products.

 

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you believe your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photographs of the packaging and products.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the ingredient and allergen information.
• You understand the risk of allergen cross-contamination in a home bakery.
• You will store the products appropriately.
• You will consume the products within the recommended timeframe.
• You accept that Cookie Craze cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect storage or consumption after the recommended storage period.
